At this moment, Japan is under the highlights. I will use the last events to share some of my of my knowledge about this shy but very diligent people. One of the characteristics that can be very useful to them in these situations is the agglomeration capacity. I am individualistic. Most of us, some more than others are quite individuallist. We identify ourselves with our similars when we are in difficulties, however the japanese know as nobody to move themself as a unique mass. The extreme proximity bothers me, the evaluation and the external eye makes me feel naked. But not for them. If on one hand, the value of the individual exists for it self, they also value and practice the capacity of mixing in the group. I always envied them this capacity of self-denial therefore for me and the majority of the ocidental ones it`s difficult to give up on us and our ideas and points of view to adopt the ones of the group. This characteristic is called 相槌 - aizuchi - to be in the same wave length. In all living beings, the ones who can survive are the ones that better attach to the group.
